Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Returns
TRINKET TRAYS and made to order pieces are non-returnable.
Returns for ready to go pieces can be accepted within 28 days of purchase if the item has been unused and is in perfect condition.
Please email info@landclayceramics.com for your return options.
Refunds will be processed onto the card that was used for the original payment.
Duties & Taxes
All L&Clay orders ship from the UK. Any international orders may incur a tax and duties charge once your order is due to be delivered.
The shipping courier will bill you separately for these.
We can't refund these fees unfortunately and have no influence or control over the amount.
